To enable "allow_url_fopen" in your account, please perform the following;

1) Log into cPanel
2) Click "Select PHP Version"
3) Click "Switch to PHP options"
4) Click on the "Off" setting next to 'allow_url_fopen' and select "On"
5) Click "Save" at the bottom
