Content Restrictions

All services provided by YourCheapHost may be used for lawful purposes only. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account:

• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence against any person or group
• Child pornography or any content depicting minors in a sexual manner
• Warez, cracked software, pirated software, or any copyrighted material you do not have permission to distribute

Unacceptable Content

The following types of content and activities are specifically prohibited on our servers:

• IRC scripts, bouncers, or IRC-related software
• Proxy servers or anonymizer scripts
• Image hosting scripts (images hosting that allow hotlinking or third-party embedding)
• IP scanners or port scanners
• Bruteforce scripts or tools
• Mail bombers or mass mailing scripts

Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts are intended for typical website operation. You may not use your hosting account to:

• Run cron jobs with intervals shorter than 15 minutes
• Operate file storage, backup, or file sharing services
• Mine cryptocurrencies
• Use excessive CPU, memory, or I/O resources that affect other users on the server

YourCheapHost reserves the right to suspend accounts that use excessive server resources and negatively impact other customers.

Email / SPAM Policy

You may not send unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or unsolicited bulk email (UBE) using our services. Sending spam from our network will result in immediate account suspension. We maintain strict zero-tolerance for spam and will terminate accounts that send spam without refund.

All mailing lists must be opt-in only, with clear unsubscribe options and valid sender information.

Support Policy

Our support team provides server-side support only. This includes assistance with:

• Server configuration and troubleshooting
• cPanel management
• Email setup and DNS issues
• Basic script installation

We do not provide support for custom script development, website content creation, or third-party application troubleshooting beyond basic setup assistance.

Server Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to our servers or network is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unauthorized access attempts
• Denial of service attacks (DDoS)
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Any activity that compromises the security of our infrastructure

Violations will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Payment / Refunds

All payments are due in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Invoices are generated and sent automatically via email. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Non-Payment

Accounts that become delinquent (past due) will be suspended after 5 days. If payment is not received within 20 days of the due date, the account will be terminated and all data will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to ensure your billing information is up to date.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on shared hosting plans for new clients only. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial order, we will refund your hosting fee (excluding setup fees, add-ons, and overages).

Exclusions: Domain name registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable once activated. Domain transfers cannot be reversed once completed. The money back guarantee applies to first-time accounts only and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Daily Backups

We perform automated daily backups of all shared hosting accounts. However, backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. YourCheapHost is not responsible for the loss of any data stored on our servers.

We strongly recommend that you maintain your own local or off-site backups of all important data. If you require a backup restoration, a $5 restore fee applies per restoration request. This covers the time and resources required to restore your account from backup.

99.9% Uptime Guarantee

YourCheapHost guarantees 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may request a credit to your account. Credits are calculated as follows:

• 5% credit for uptime between 99.0% and 99.9%
• 10% credit for uptime between 95.0% and 99.0%
• 25% credit for uptime below 95.0%

Credits are applied to future invoices only and are not redeemable as cash. Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 24 hours in advance) is excluded from uptime calculations.

FraudRecord

YourCheapHost participates in FraudRecord, a shared database of fraudulent activity. By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that your account information may be checked against, and reported to, the FraudRecord database. If your account is terminated for fraud or chargebacks, we may submit your information to FraudRecord for the protection of other hosting providers.

15-Day Termination Notice

We reserve the right to terminate any account with 15 days' notice for policy violations that are not immediately harmful. Accounts terminated for severe violations (as outlined in Server Abuse or Content Restrictions above) may be terminated immediately without notice.

Warranty / Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. YourCheapHost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

In no event shall YourCheapHost's total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to YourCheapHost during the 12-month period prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
